Garden Suites: Toronto City Council now allows this new type of housing for all of Toronto from Etobicoke to Scarborough, Lake Ontario to Steeles.
Types of properties that will be allowed to have these suites are:
- large lots
- deep lots
- corner & end lots
- lots that already have a large or well-positioned garage or other building not attached to the main house
Permits are a must!
